Dear Monty,
You cannot imagine how many times Carol and I toast you with a drink from exquisite Portland, Oregon. We are in heaven up here. The seasons are just magical, the green is outrageous, the blossoms in Spring are like nothing we have ever seen, the water on the river we live on, the Willamette is 50 yards from our condo and life is great. We just talked about you this morning at breakfast while sitting out on our boat. You are the one who encouraged us to put our house (in the valley) up for sale in June because it is easier to sell a house in the valley before the hot days. Who knew about the recession days!!! Even through it was earlier than we wanted we took your advice and wow, all things just fell into place as you know.
